Dr Cruz is the absolute BEST:
She diagnosed my problem immediately
She administered medical treatment & I have a follow up visit in 2 weeks.
She was honest with me: the injection may not eliminate my problem completely and I may need additional injection in the future OR minor surgery.
Linda; I thought about what you told me: that you had injection & it didn’t work for you. So, I’m keeping my expectations very low.
I like the doctor: She was informative, very knowledgeable, charismatic, honest, & very professional.

I have been seeing Dr. Cruz for years. After a Worker's Comp injury, she did two surgeries on me and I was happy with her work. I scheduled a new appointment with her because my affected body part was having issues again. When I arrived at the office, she was dismissive and said that the problem wasn't related to the WC injury. She complained that they probably wouldn't get paid for my visit, and told me to find a new doctor. She didn't seem to care about me, just my payment. I could have used my personal insurance, but I was told that I would have to schedule a new appointment. She did not examine me or seem to care about my pain. The wait was more than a half hour after the scheduled time, and there was poor communication between the x-ray staff and the doctor. I used to recommend this place to everyone, but I feel like it has become a patient mill.
