We’ll review what has and hasn’t helped in the past and explore options such as medication, therapy, or both, starting with the least intensive approach that can truly help you feel and function better.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Choosing a new mental health provider can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve felt rushed or unheard before. My style is warm, easygoing, and collaborative.
