Hi. I am a life-long learner and clinical psychologist who loves to help people understand more about themselves than they ever knew was possible. I’m a strong believer in that the more we understand how our past relationships and experiences shape who we are, the more we will learn how to deepen and strengthen existing and new relationships. Across my more than 25 years of practice, I have served clients on the battlefield in Iraq as a Navy Clinical Psychologist in a Marine Unit, treated individuals and families in a private practice setting and spent the majority of my treatment years serving federal government employees and their spouses.
