What should a new client know about working with you?

Her goal as a practitioner is to empower individuals facing mental health challenges, letting them know they can overcome the struggles they may be experiencing. She believes in taking a holistic approach to mental health care, building trust, and fostering a therapeutic alliance with her patients. She is excited about the opportunity to harness her diverse nursing background to contribute meaningfully to the field of psychiatric mental health.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We like to get to know you and your belief system around mental health and treatment options. It includes a review of medical and psychiatric history, current and past medication treatment, your current concerns and symptoms, and identifying your support system and current coping mechanisms. We realize not all patients are interested in medication management. Medication can be helpful in treating symptoms of many mental health disorders, but not mandatory. We consider this when recommending treatment and meeting you where you are most comfortable. Treatment may also include recommended supplements, vitamins, and herbal remedies which may complement or be an alternative treatment to traditional pharmaceuticals.

Very legit! Dania is the best. I had trouble finding an appointment with someone on ZocDoc that wouldn't immediately reschedule or give me an appointment with a different person once confirmed. Dania showed up and listened with kindness, efficiency, and zero judgement. I learned a lot, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. Accepted my insurance, and follow-up scheduled. 10/10 would recommend.
