PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Over my 23 years of experience, I have worked in variety of clinical settings, emergency department, medical/surgical, telemetry specialties, long-term care, case management, hospice care. While working as an emergency nurse I began school to advance my career and received my degree in Family Practice. I have been working in family practice ever since. FAVORITE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK I enjoy making memories with my family. I am married, I have two sons, two daughters, one grandchild and two dogs. I am active in my church. Several times a year we travel to California to the beach. I cherish every moment spent with my family. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A GREAT PROVIDER?
