With over 12 years experience in both the medical and psychiatric settings, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the treatment of mental health conditions including but not limited to ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, disordered eating, schizophrenia, life transitions, school issues, Suicidal Ideation, and self harm. Together we will determine the best path forward for you. Finding ways to enable patients to better understand themselves while improving their daily lives, given the unique challenges they may be facing, continues to motivate my work as a PMHNP. Helping patients connect more fully to their lives, to the things that bring them joy, and to finding ease in the day to day is the goal of my practice. I'm here to help. I provide a safe, inviting space in which you can share your concerns and your personal goals. We will get to the root of the issue at hand, and not just treat symptoms. Together, we will discuss options and alternatives, and you will make the best choice for you. Whether you are reaching out for the first time or just seeking a new provider, I can help.
