What a nice man! I waited a bit but I got there early and it really wasn't bad. The woman who works in the office, Suzette, is just wonderful! Dr Conlin was super nice and not condescending which is always an unexpected jolt from a doc...particularly a male doc.

Very congenial, made me feel comfortable and readily advised me on what my next steps should be including recommending another physician nearby to do some bloodwork. Will be glad to have him as my primary physician regarding gastroenterological (sp) issues.

Thank you so much for seeing me on short notice on a Friday, Dr. Conlin. I am in San Francisco over the summer and got ill. After reading the other on-line reviews I decided to make an appointment rather than to go to the ER. I was late for a 5 p.m. appointment on a Friday-city traffic! Dr. Conlin's staff told me that they would wait when I called and when I got to the office at 5:30 the front desk staff had left but Dr. Conlin came and greeted me personally. He listened to me, took his time, was courteous and gave me a diagnosis and prescriptions and advice. I am grateful that I was able to Dr. Conlin and join the ranks of other patients who rate their experience with Dr. Conlin as excellent! I hope I did not delay his week-end too long-he is not on call this week-end.

Dr. Conlin was extremely friendly and spent as much time as I wanted talking to him about my condition. He even pulled up some research on his iPad in his office for me! He was also very accommodating to my schedule, even offering to stay late to see me.

He listens, takes notes, is friendly and maybe best of all, the patient gets to see him in the office. I hate going to a doc who will not see you as a person but has an aide tell you to "put on that paper gown" before the doc even sees you. Usually they dispense with the greeting as well. Maybe not a big deal to some, but it is for me. That is what I like maybe best about Dr. Conlin-he is human and humane.
Verified patient
Dr. Conlin is excellent! He makes not-fun topics easy to deal with. He has a great sense of humor that makes talking about GI issues less awkward. I highly recommend him.
I arrived 10 minutes early, and got in to see the doctor early! I'm accustomed to long wait times at most doctors, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Once out of the waiting room, no time was wasted with nurses or waiting again in another room - Dr. Conlin himself met me in the waiting room and took me back to his office, where he saw me personally for nearly 30 minutes. He had a great manner, patiently answered all of my questions in great detail (I'm one of those sorts who self-diagnoses online before seeing a doctor, I have to imagine that's really annoying to doctors...) and gave practical and useful medical advice. What a great experience! I'd highly recommend Dr. Conlin to anyone.

Doctor Conlin was great and resourceful.

The whole experience was quiet smooth - right from setting up the appointment online, the front desk and the actual meeting. I got all the answers I needed. It was efficient, pleasant and productive
