“I was going for a second opinion on a possible surgery. Dr. Rosen offered options other surgeons didn’t. He seemed to really connect with me towards the end of the appointment. There was a bit of a wait, but I usually plan on waiting for doctors in Manhattan. ”

Great surgeon did my right inguinal hernia surgery. Was informative on the procedure and sincere about how i was doing.
Honestly he’s not the best person for you to go as an initial - he’s sarcastic and rude don’t go here for an initial
Verified patient
Late to appointment, not very warm, straight to business and mildly condescending. WOULDN't RECOMMEND.

Terrible bedside manner - was rude dismissive . He immediately said let’s cut - instead of exploring more options

The office is unorganized and unsanitary. It supposed to be a doctors office, and they were locking a dog up in different rooms. Disgusting and never again

This doctor is a liar, he said I needed to come to new York City for the operation when it says on his webpage that he has an office in my local area of Florida and he couldn't do the surgery on me , he is arrogant and deceiving

Dr. Rosen's knowledge and professionalism are why I would recommend him to anyone. His bedside manner is amazing, and he's a very empathetic doctor.

I needed to get hernia surgery. After waiting for more than one hour, the doctor saw me for 15 minutes tops. He examined me, told me he could operate me, and then sent me to her assistants to do the rest. They gave me a piece of paper with the information and told me they would be in touch about the next steps. They did not call me back. I tried calling them and was left on hold for 40+ minutes, and then they hung up. I left messages that, of course, went unanswered. My surgery was supposed to happen this Wednesday, and as of Monday, I decided to cancel. I simply cannot put my body in the hands of such unprofessional people.

I appreciated Dr. Rosen's bedside manner; he is very approachable. He is a great listener and very knowledgeable of the issues I was discussing with him. The office staff offered a very easy, laid-back ambiance, which made me less nervous. But I have to say, Lucy was the deal breaker for me. Lucy is wonderful for those patients that have the white coat syndrome. Thank you, Dr. Rosen and staff, and Lucy.

This Dr & staff were all amazing!! They went above & beyond to make it a great experience!! They even had a dog in the office named Lucy who made me feel comfortable & relaxed
Verified patient
I appreciated the knowledgeable demeanor of Dr. Rosen. I felt extremely confident after my visit that working with him was the correct course of action.

Televising went well. Dr. Rosen listened carefully to my mom's medical problems and had some excellent suggestions which I am following up on.

I would not recommend Dr. Rosen. He seemed disinterested in dealing with my problem. During the entire 9:26 visit the doctor he was on hold waiting for a call to be picked up so there was distracting Muzak playing ( he apologizes for it but that’s what you have a staff for). He never examined me and as I was walking out poked his head out of his office and said to my wife, “does he want me to examine him” more like an afterthought.
Verified patient
In and out. I was provided with accurate follow up information and did not have to wait all day to be seen for my consultation.
Verified patient
Dr Rosen was great , listened to my concerns and we both Managed a plan suited for my health. I recommend him 100000 percent !
Verified patient
Dr. Rosen is extremely unprofessional and rude. It was a telehealth appointment and he was just so rude. I didn't feel like I was talking to a doctor. It was all very strange.
