About Dr. Daniel Jaffee

Dr. Jaffee graduated Magna Cum Laude from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, and received his medical education at Albany Medical College New York. He completed his surgery and urology residencies at University Hospital Medical Center Stony Brook, NY. He has completed additional training in advanced therapies for urinary incontinence and instructs other local surgeons in these techniques. He also performs no-needle, no-scalpel vasectomies for highest patient comfort.
Dr. Jaffee is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology and an adjunct faculty member of the Boston University Medical School. In 2012 he was chosen as one of the state's top urologists in the Top Docs issue of Rhode Island Monthly magazine.
Dr. Jaffee has received the Center of Excellence Designation for Urolift.

Unfriendly receptionist, nursing assistant asked ME what I was there for then the Dr didn't bother looking at my referral information and was grilling me for the information then when I pushed back he checked my file and saw the information in my record.

I got there 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, the office was empty (I was the first patient) and they took me in right away while I was still filling out the paperwork. This was my first visit with Dr. Jaffee. I did an internet search and found the reviews helpful to make the appointment with him. The office was clean, with a very nice waiting area. I was called very quickly after arrival. All the office staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions. My wait for the doctor was very short. He listened carefully with my concerns, asked questions to better understand my health concern, and offered solutions. He prescribed a medication that turned out my was on tier 3 with my insurance, which had a very expensive copay. After calling the doctor's office was given another prescription for a generic more affordable one. The office staff was very efficient. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr had all my records and a plan in place to move forward before he stepped into the exam room. The amount of time from when I walked into the office and when I was seen by the DR was less than 5 minutes. Best visit with a specialist that I have ever had! Clear and concise explanations for moving forward were presented.
