About Dr. Daniel Khaimov
Our goal is to diagnose and treat your pain condition to the highest level of precision, professionalism and empathy. We are a group of spine specialists. Our office is located at the heart of Downtown Manhattan, in the Financial District.
Dr. Khaimov completed medical school at Yale University and residency training at Columbia University. He is double board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. His Fellowship training at Beth Israel was highly focused on spinal/joint conditions involving both conservative and interventional procedures.
His practice is focused on treatment of various pain conditions of the spine and joints. All our injections are done on the premises - including spinal epidurals, facet blocks, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, and joint injections. We combine western and alternative treatment techniques - including Prolotherapy and PRP (platelet rich plasma).

I think the visit was excellent and he went above and beyond to use his medical expertise in helping with my ailments and was courteous and incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent regarding our medical discussions. And was able to expand beyond pain management and advise in other topics, which was impressive and showed knowledge beyond the excellence in the expertise that withstood in him. Efficient and gave explanations well all around and in dealing with the prescribing of medications. Also gracious with dealing with patients repetitious needs and was highly understanding. I highly recommend! He's an excellent doctor.

He is excellent. I have SI joint disfunction since 2014, I tried so many doctors and nothing really helped. Dr. Khaimov’s prolotherapy treatment is the only thing that has given me real pain relief. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone suffering of back pain and or joint disfunction/injuries.

I was in so much pain when I walked in and Dr. K made me feel so at ease. I left his office pain free for the first time in a long time and would go back in a heartbeat if needed. Highly recommend!

Dr. K has an incredible bedside manner. He is thorough and thoughtful. He did an epidural injection for my sciatica that completely took care of the problem. I'm so grateful for finding him.

Today I can walk. Last week I couldn't walk because of sevese back pain due to a herniated disk. Physical therapy wasn't helping. One injection and I was back to normal life. Thanks so much doctor.
