“I’ve had two appointments so far and both times felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a medical professional. Even when he was explaining things, Dan has a way of communicating that erases the anxiety that comes with talking about getting on medications and being open with someone you’re just meeting.
Even with follow ups and check ins, he’s very intent on making sure you’re doing okay and things are improving.
I 100% would and have recommended him to my friends”

I’m a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who works with adults that are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or out of balance ,and are looking for care that feels thoughtful, personal, and supportive. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder and related concerns. My approach is collaborative and down to earth.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I want you to feel heard, understood, and actively involved in decisions about your care. There’s no one-size-fits-all path in mental health, and together we’ll focus on what feels realistic, helpful, and meaningful for you. I strive to create a grounded, judgment free space where you can show up exactly as you are.
My goal is for every person I work with to feel safe, respected, and supported in being their full, authentic self. Whether you’re starting care for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I’m here to help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk through what’s been working and what hasn’t. I’ll ask questions about your personal history and current concerns, and we’ll decide on next steps together. By the end, you can expect a clear and manageable plan.
