About Dr. Daniel S Arick
Daniel S. Arick, M.D., has been in private medical practice for over 25 years. He earned his medical degree from Universit? catholique de Louvain Facult? de M?decine et de M?decine Dentaire, completed his residency in Otolaryngology at Eastern Virginia Medical School, and pursued a fellowship at the University of California. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Arick is the author of numerous scientific articles and holds patents on two medical devices. He was also named a Clinical Investigator for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.
In addition, Dr. Arick is co-inventor of the EarPopper, a medical device used at home to resolve middle ear fluid and restore hearing to normal without surgery. A successful clinical trial of the EarPopper was funded with a $1-million grant from the National Institutes of Health, in which Dr. Arick served as a Principal Investigator. The EarPopper has the potential to save hundreds of thousands of children from undergoing ear tube surgery.
