I believe in listening carefully and providing feedback as clearly as I can. I like to ask challenging questions and help client look at all aspects a problem. I believe in empowering clients to accept and appreciate who they are and help them reach freedom by not looking outside themselves for their validation. I believe true happiness does not form anyone or anything outside of oneself but form the inside through self-acceptance and willingness to use each day to grow further and be a good person.
