I think this office has gotten into some really poor habits.
I went in multiple times for abnormal moles and they were only allowed to remove one a time due to insurance coverage. While they successfully and safely removed the moles, that’s the only positive feedback I can give.
During my first consultation, the nurse dropped a lotion on the floor while wearing gloves, then picked it up off the floor and used it on me while wearing the same gloves. During my next visit, while getting a mole removed, the same nurse dropped the sanitizing solution - the stuff they put on you before cutting you open - without wearing any gloves, then put it back on the counter as if nothing happened.
They seemed very disorganized. During my appointment for my second mole removal, they brought me down to the surgery center, but asked me to wait outside the entire center because there were only women in there at the time, and they didn’t want me in there with women who might not be fully clothed...
In the paperwork, they ask you to sign a mutual arbitration agreement, signing off that you received your copy of it. I went in 3 times and never received a copy, so I never signed it. On my second to last visit, before the procedure, they asked me to sign it in the waiting room, saying they would give me a copy this time. I never got the copy, and they forgot to ask me to sign it.
The worst part though, was that after 5 visits, I still had a small (<5 minute) procedure that had to be done. Basically, they shave off a small piece of skin and cauterize it. My dr could not have been in more of a hurry. She came in, looked at one of my walking moles and was literally walking out the door when I asked if she wanted to look at the second one. I was in there to check up on both scars. She forgot to do the small procedure, so I left.
Either the management company, or a company that is somehow related to them seems to be much more on top of everything. I think the company is in Lancaster. They are very professional and consistent. They even called me to remind me to get the procedure done. However, since my dr. didn’t even take 5 minutes to actually check what needed to be done, I can’t return to this office, nor can I recommend it to anyone.

I had really bad acne scars, dr. recommended CO2 laser, and I've never seen better results. I've already recommended two of my friends as well as a family member. I'd recommend this place to anyone. They are awesome!!!

I came in for botox and Dr. Taheri took his time and was very informative. I'm an older woman and work with a younger age group so I needed help. After seeing Dr. Taheri my face looks fresh, I went for a more natural look and was happy that he didn't pressure me to get more and it wasn't about money but about helping my self esteem. I'll definitely be back and recommend to all friends/ family to come here. You're amazing Dr. Taheri!!!

I've always had rosacea and have always had trouble trying to get rid of it. I came to Dr. Taheri and he explained V beam to me and I had the treatment done. The results were great! I'm very happy with my experience with Dr. Taheri. I'd recommend him to anyone having skin care issues! He's great!
