The doctor had a good bedside manner, but I didn't get much of an exam. Then they went on to sign me up for a procedure that I didn't agree to. Also, a lot of the staff has English as there second language so they can be difficult to understand at times.

Was able to get an appointment fairly quick without having to wait weeks to be seen. Dr. Wool listened to my concerns and I was able to get checked out by him same day, and was told what my options were as far as treatment. Surgery was done within my preferred timeline and everything went great! The procedure was explained as well as what to expect during recovery. The nurses were great and provided emotional support when needed. Post-op check up went nicely and Dr. Wool made sure everything was healing as expected and also making sure I was feeling better. I’d recommend this provider for your concerns!

No one told me that he was training resent graduate medical students that were in the room with us. VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! I said that I didn't know that we has a case of thounds that would be here for my exam and medical review. He didn't even ask me if I would like them excused from the examination. Very poor bed side manors. I would not recommend him to anyone
