Dr. Daniel Ying is an EXCELLENT doctor very caring, good listener, concerned about his patients, first appointment and I would go again and recommend any one to book with doctor Ying. HOWEVER staffing it’s terrible, the first person as soon as you open the door I guess is the patient navigator, did NOT greet me, no ID didn’t even let me finished talking. Did the check in in the tablet then went to registration and Angy the one that go over your information for registration didn’t even say good afternoon, only asked “what’s your name” and I say good afternoon. Then the medical assistant didn’t have a visible ID, so sorry I don’t know her name but it was a black woman, she also didn’t even say good afternoon, just say “seat here and you can leave your bag here” and again I said”good afternoon, how are you “ I was about to leave the place, I felt unwelcome, I felt rejected. But the Dr Ying made my visit much better, but it’s really painful visiting a place where the staff don’t even greet

Convenient location with various transportation options. Very courteous staff. Was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. Dr. Ying took his time with the exam and a full discussion. Treatment plan was discussed in full with follow-up. He made sure I was on board with the plan and understood everything. Very friendly, and with a pleasant disposition.

Trying not to sound overly dramatic, but I left my appointment actually feeling a little optimistic about medical care in general. Dr. Ying was thorough in his exam, and the questions he asked really made me feel like my problem was his priority - he didn’t just run down a list of stuff to ask me about, he listened and asked follow-ups where necessary.
He also took the time to explain everything he was thinking and even shared the science where I had additional questions.
Some of this is probably just how Dr Ying does things, but I also hope that somewhere there are schools teaching the benefits of paying attention the way he does.

Great space, very convenient. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Doctor is excellent--personable, super thorough questions and detailed discussion. Took his time, did not feel rushed, while making his explanations clear. Made sure I knew what my next steps were and that all my concerns were answered.
