About Dr. Daniel Zieman
Dr. Daniel Zieman is an accomplished dermatologist with a well-rounded background. Completing his dermatology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Florida, Dr. Zieman received premier training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, caring for patients with complex medical diagnoses and cutaneous oncology needs. During his time at the Mayo Clinic in Florida, he researched and published articles on topics ranging from skin cancer in non-white, solid organ transplant recipients to cutaneous paraneoplastic syndromes in patients with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, among others.
Born and raised in Mobile, Dr. Zieman received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Auburn University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with Honors Scholar distinction. He completed medical school at the University of South Alabama, where he was elected as an Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society member.
Outside of the office, Dr. Zieman enjoys boating, fishing, reading, basketball, guitar and travel as well as spending time with his family.

I booked for mid shaft hair loss. No blood work done, typical for symptoms.
Told to buy Roganine which is a death wish for my symptoms.
I had hoped for a deeper dive.

So happy we found Dr Zieman . He listened and was soo nice and kept me calm. Im
Away at college and was very stressed . I have had a rash for 3 wks and He assured me it was not a dangerous staph infection ,like Urgent care told me it was . Whew , He made me feel so much better .
I will definitely go back to the office if i need too . Everyone was so nice . They took me the same day --2 others offices closer to school were Rude to me and said they couldn't see me for months .
I felt like no one was helping . Guess they dont realize there are so many college kids away from home without there usual Drs . And it can be very stressful .

I highly recommend this office. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment, and the doctor and his staff were all friendly and helpful. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, I'm more than likely to continue with this dermatologist unless something changes.
