About Dr. Daniel Zilberbrand
Dr. Daniel Zilberbrand is a board-certified podiatrist and reconstructive foot and ankle surgeon.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Zilberbrand received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the State University of New York at Geneseo and his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.
Subsequently, Dr. Zilberbrand completed a rigorous 3-year Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency locally at Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital.
Dr. Zilberbrand has been trained in the most innovative surgical techniques and technology available, including minimally invasive and radio-frequency surgeries and modern biologics.
Dr. Zilberbrand has been published in the Journal of Wound Care and brings with him extensive training in wound and diabetic foot care and limb salvage.
In his spare time, Dr. Zilberbrand enjoys watching and rooting for the Knicks, Jets, and Yankees, playing tennis, cooking new foods, and spending time with his wife Kari, and bull terrier Hazel.

I wish I had more reasons to see him more often because he has a great bedside manner. The secretary is a sweetheart. The office is clean and welcoming. I love how the paperwork is on a tablet; it is very efficient. I already referred people to him.
