As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive telehealth psychiatric care for adults. As a bilingual provider fluent in English and Spanish, my approach is centered on creating a supportive, judgment-free space where patients feel heard, understood, and comfortable.
Services include psychiatric evaluations and medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, sleep difficulties, and other mental health concerns. Care is offered exclusively via telehealth.
Treatment is collaborative and thoughtfully personalized, with care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I work with patients to assess their concerns and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and treatment goals. I use a collaborative and structured approach to care, with an emphasis on appropriate treatment planning, clinical decision-making, and ongoing follow-up.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
The initial appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where symptoms, history, and treatment goals are reviewed in detail. A personalized treatment plan is developed and may include medication management when appropriate.
Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to support ongoing treatment and stability.
Appointments require completion of registration through Headway, a secure platform. After booking, patients receive an email to verify insurance, complete required intake forms, and enter payment information prior to the visit. Appointments are finalized once this step is completed.
