“I would highly recommend this provider, specifically Daniella Arellano. I went in for a consultation to look at my acne scars and discuss potential treatment. All of the staff were friendly and the office space was nice. Normally, at these type of facilities (derm & plastic surgery) they are trying to be money printing machines. However, I felt that Daniella was extremely honest and open about my treatment options. She actually suggested/recommended a procedure that their office doesn't do that she genuinely thought would help me. Transparency and honesty is a major plus in my book and for that reason I can recommend this PA.

Everyone in the office was super nice. They had a lot of staff, greeted as I walked in. Easy instructions for registration. Was taken back before I even finished the questionnaire . Completed in the room and staff arrived immediately to discuss concerns.
pA came in directly, offered treatment options, treatment was completed and I was discharged with instructions for follow up.
Very happy with the service and PA Daniella was awesome.

Daniella is fabulous. She's knowledgeable and she cares. Everyone at Dr. Groff's office is great. I've also rarely waited more than a minute or two to be walked back.
Daniella makes sure to keep asking "Is there anything else" to make sure that you're not just rushed through and all your concerns are addressed.
