For Individuals I work with people healing from relational and family trauma that impacts their ability to trust, feel safe, and live authentically. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed or weighed down by past experiences that continue to shape how they relate to themselves and others today. Together, we explore grief, anxiety, attachment wounds, and life transitions in a supportive, non-judgmental space. My goal is to help you rebuild self-esteem, cultivate healthier relationships, and create space for growth and authenticity. For Couples Feeling stuck in old patterns or disconnected from your partner? I help couples strengthen communication, rebuild emotional intimacy, and develop new relational patterns rooted in trust and respect. Whether you’re navigating recurring conflicts, distance in your relationship, or the impact of past betrayal, I provide guidance to help you reconnect and create a relationship that feels supportive, meaningful, and aligned.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is collaborative and personalized. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—I honor your unique background, values, and goals. I draw from evidence-based modalities like Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, EMDR, and trauma-informed therapy, tailoring each session to your specific needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Whether you're seeking deeper healing, stronger relationships, or a better understanding of yourself, I'm here to walk alongside you. Healing takes courage—and you don’t have to do it alone. In our work together, I’ll begin by getting to know you—your story, your strengths, and what brought you to therapy. From there, we’ll collaborate on goals and tailor our sessions to fit your evolving needs. Sessions may include space for reflection, skill-building, emotional processing, or working through past experiences, all grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach.
