My journey into mental health care was driven by a deep understanding of how stress, depression, and anxiety not only affect mental health but also physical health. I’m passionate about breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and am dedicated to helping you see mental health care as an essential part of your overall wellbeing. At the core of my practice is a commitment to compassionate, collaborative care. I value openness and teamwork, whether you’re new to mental health care or have some experience but are seeking a fresh perspective. My approach is mainly medical management but recognizing that while medication can provide crucial support, true holistic wellness often involves a broader approach. I incorporate lifestyle changes and holistic strategies to enhance your overall mental health and help you develop healthy coping mechanisms.

With me, you’re not just receiving care—you’re engaging in a partnership to achieve your best self.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in setting attainable goals, and helping my clients achieve them. I want my clients to feel empowered to continue their mental health journey, and knowing they can have a provider they can depend on. I will utilize tools to assess and diagnosis based on DSM-V criteria and mainly focus on medication management for symptoms management. However, I do employ a holistic mental health view and incorporate brief psychotherapy in my sessions.

Danielle is one of those people who is not just a great NP but a good human as well. You can just tell that she really cares. Her energy was so calming for me in a time where I was very overwhelmed with life and she helped me get back on track. I think she usually has a long wait list but definitely try to get in with her if you can!

Danielle's approach is thorough and considerate, always taking the time to listen and understand my concerns. One of the strengths of Danielle's practice is her ability to create a comfortable and safe environment. This was particularly important for me, as it made discussing sensitive issues much easier.
