Feder graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Medical Business and earned her Doctorate degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry. Dr. Feder is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Connecticut Association of Optometrists and the New York State Optometric Association. She has extensive training in glaucoma treatment, diagnosis and management of diabetic and hypertensive retinopathy, pediatric and binocular vision disorders and vision therapy. Dr. Feder’s training includes externships at Woodhull Medical Center, East New York Diagnostic and Treatment Center, and Ezra Medical and Mental Health Center specializing in pediatrics and vision therapy. She sees patients of all ages for comprehensive full scope medical exams, contact lens fittings, prescribing glasses, and pre/post operative cataract exams. Her experience in private practice will ensure you will receive an efficient eye health examination in addition to a precise glasses and/or contact lens prescription.

Went to get a new set of contacts and was given the wrong diameter contact, monthly's instead of 2-week and the wrong prescription.
Despite my vocalized issues at the time of the visit, the doctor told me it was just "something to get used to" and the "better options" for contacts.
Two weeks later and I'm still desperately straining my eyes and the contacts fit incredibly poorly.
For reference, I've used contacts for over 10 years.
