The staff were friendly and so was the provider I saw, but I do NOT recommend because I wasn’t even seen by the providerI scheduled an appointment with. And I was not made aware of this and was actually completely caught off guard by the provider I was seen by. She said her name but it was so quick and I was so confused that I didn’t even catch her name. So I essentially have NO clue who I saw or their credentials!! Also, I think the provider stated that Dr. Egger was on a Zoom call to listen in on my appointment, but she was a bit hard to understand at times and again, I was very confused and flustered when I stepped into the room and saw a completely random provider that I did not book!! This is super upsetting because Zocdoc has a feature that informs you that you’ll be seen by a different provider than what is displayed, but Green Eye Care did not utilize this feature. I’m very disappointed because my overall experience would have been much better if they were honest about this.
