I enjoy providing evidence-based interventions to each of my patients that are individualized to their specific needs.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
As primary care providers, it is our duty to treat the patient as a whole. When we are assessing a patient, this includes acute, chronic, and mental health illnesses. We must act as the patient's advocate and ensure proper treatment and education to the patient.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have worked in healthcare for 10 years, with the last 3.5 years as a provider. I live in middle Tennessee with my husband and two children. We enjoy traveling and camping in our spare time.

The doctor was a no show for the appointment and wanted to charge me 50.00 for a cancellation. I am not sure this whole experience wasn’t fake.

She was late to the appointment and didn't apologize. She started the call and didn't even have her camera on so I had no idea who I was talking to. Her bedside manner was not something I was happy with. She spoke to me in a manner that made me feel she was too busy to care about my ailment. Lastly and most important, our appointment was at 1:15pm and it lasted approximately 10min. At the end of the call she said she was going to send my prescription to the pharmacy. I drove to the pharmacy and it was not there. I tried to contact the provider and there was no way to reach her so I went through their medical app and the rep told me that the provider didn't have her notes in just yet and it could take 24 hours! The provider has not contacted me and the day is over so I did not get any treatme. If you are sick or injured and see a medical professional, you are not expected to wait 24 hours to get a remedy. Now I'm still in pain and have no solution due to the providers terrible service.

I wouldn't know I didn't get to have my appointment because you don't accept Medicare. zoc doc sucks. I'll never use your app again and I will never recommend this or your services to anyone ever.
