Horrible provider she never showed up never got anything to indicate that I needed to do more paperwork when I tried to call I couldn't get through when I finally did get through the woman hung up on me while we were talking about the situation.

When you set up an appointment with this person, it requires you to provide all your personal information before you can actually confirm the appointment. I called their customer service (it took 15 minutes for someone to pick up) and I communicated that before i finished putting in my personal information (all that was left to provide was my credit card) i wanted to confirm who my provider would be and the appointment time/date. She refused to answer my questions till I put in my information. Right after I did she told me that not only does this doctor not accept patients in New York State but that appointment time isn’t available. She was dismissive and rude. I requested all my personal information is deleted and they still haven’t gotten back to me. Strategic that there’s no way to delete your credit card or insurance / private information without getting in touch with their customer service, who then won’t help you. ?
