My clinical focus is psychiatry, and I believe deeply in meeting each person with compassion, respect, and without judgment. Mental health is an essential part of overall health, and my goal is to create a space where patients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I see treatment as a partnership. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I try to understand the whole person—their experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals—and work with them to develop a plan that feels both meaningful and realistic. I am committed to thoughtful, evidence-based, and person-centered care, while continuing to learn and grow as a clinician. It is a privilege to be trusted with someone’s story and to support them as they work toward greater stability, confidence, and well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I don’t prescribe benzos because my practice can’t manage that class of medicine.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I want you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable being honest about what you’re experiencing. I approach care as a partnership, taking time to understand you as a whole person—not just a diagnosis or list of symptoms. My goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based treatment in a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward meaningful and realistic goals.
