Hello! I am a nurse practitioner (NP) experienced in both Psychiatry and Primary Care. I earned my Master’s in Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nursing from Neumann University and graduated from the Adult Primary Care NP program in 2015. Before that, I worked as an RN in the hospital for 9 years. Since starting work in Psychiatry in 2022, I pursued my Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University and graduated in April 2024.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am dedicated to providing exponential, evidence-based care to all of my clients. I work with each patient individually to make sure they are fulfilled and satisfied with each visit we encounter together. As a licensed prescriber, I prescribe medication that is appropriate for you. I am educated and trained in using evidence-based practices and guidelines that are safe and effective for you. I create an environment that is calm and relaxing for each client. I want to make sure that they are comfortable with me and my environment. I look forward to working with you!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

For our first session, I like to get to know you better, and will ask a lot about your history and what brings you in for treatment. At subsequent visits, I focus on if I am providing adequate and beneficial treatment, how your medications are working, and what else is going on in your life.
