About Danielle Sobieski

I work with adults navigating polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), insulin resistance and prediabetes, Type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and triglycerides, hypertension, and weight management including weight cycling. If you’re unsure where to start or want guidance that feels supportive and realistic, I provide evidence-based nutrition therapy grounded in the realities of everyday life. Together, we'll explore flexible habits and strategies that honor your relationship with food, support routines and choices that feel right for you, and address your concerns while considering your mental and emotional well-being. My approach encourages a trusting and sustainable way of eating and nourishing yourself. We all have unique needs and experiences that shape our relationship with food and overall health. I approach nutrition therapy holistically, compassionately, and collaboratively. You don’t have to do this alone—please reach out; I’m glad to help you figure out how to feel confident and informed with food and nutrition.

Danielle is fantastic! She asks great questions and has really good ideas that I'm excited to implement! She's a great mix of knowledgable scientific suggestions explained in a very empathetic and human way. She's really easy to talk to, a great listener and I feel zero judgement from her. I feel like she genuinely cares. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with her!
