Dr. Spallin takes her time to be thorough in explaining care and/or treatment plans. As my test results came in, I was contacted immediately and made aware of my results. Dr Spallin was very nice and helpful. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving, but the time spent waiting between seeing the nurse and doctor was over 20 minutes. I liked my experience with the staff in terms of patient care but probably spent more time waiting than actually being seen.
