“I went in to see her for acne on my cheeks that my primary care doctor couldn't help me with. I was seen promptly, diagnosed correctly and given the proper medication. The acne is finally disappearing after 5 months of nothing helping. Definitely will go back to them for any dermatology needs. ”

I’ve been waiting for my prescription for over a month! It’s needs preauthorization from the Dr./office that for some reason they’re not doing it over looking. Even though I’ve called repeatedly, to ask them about it. So I’m here a month out with next appt this month work no medication & mt eczema is flaring up.

I will not go back to her the PA assistant.
Its just paying her for her prescription. She didnt even bother to look. She just diagnosed it with just thru my the history of my skin care. Not satisfied with the consultation, waste of my time.i thought coming here will give me a clear picture on what to do more to help with my skin sunspots. This provider did not listen and rushed incredibly fast through my apt/ i felt like I didn’t have a chance to explain what what was happening. She actually completely missed another symptom that was happening and blamed my sore throat on the cyst on my eyebrow/ when I got home it got worse and it turned out I very obviously had strep throat that she just completely looked past (not her specialty but I was asking if it this infection would cause a sore throat and she completely dismissed it)

Went in for a consultation about a few spots. Very swift scheduling through ZocDoc. Check-in was also completed through the app (and did not need to fill anything separate at the office). Staff very friendly, as is the doctor.
