What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our motto at TMG is "We'll meet you here!" Our goal at TMG is to co-create a strong therapeutic relationship, which we believe is foundational to the success of our clients' treatment. Therefore, building a warm, supportive, and safe therapeutic environment requires designing treatment plans that are unique and specific to the individual client's needs. We engage in talk therapy in addition to utilizing an integrative approach of modalities with the client's specific treatment in mind.

Great therapist. Daphne creates a space that feels genuinely safe and welcoming. From the very first session, I felt heard and respected. She listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and helps you connect the dots in ways that feel empowering rather than overwhelming. I always leave sessions feeling clearer and more grounded.

“Life-changing care from a truly compassionate professional.” I’ve worked with a few therapists in the past, but none have compared to Dr. Bolden. Her calm, patient-centered approach helped me open up about trauma I hadn’t processed for years. She made me feel seen and heard every single session. I left each appointment with tools I could actually use, and my anxiety has significantly decreased. I’m so grateful to have found her!
“Highly recommend for anyone seeking trauma-informed care.” Dr. Bolden’s knowledge of the intersection between physical health, trauma, and mental health is exceptional. She helped me understand how my past experiences were affecting my present, and together we’ve built a path forward that feels sustainable. Her approach is warm, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive, which made all the difference for me.
