“I really enjoyed my experience from start to finish. Reception was nice, the young lady who took me to the back was extra nice and kind. I enjoy the Timothy was so on point. We had finished up most of my time with him, when I expressed a concern, he sat back down and focused on my concern right away. I would highly recommend my new doctors office to all of my friends and the best part is that, the office is one block from my office.”

Dr. Hansen was not my doctor. I prefer a woman and had a man as my provider which had me caught off guard and slightly uncomfortable. The provider was extremely kind and did his best to make me feel welcome. The provider has good communication skills and is thorough. They lost my pee and had me fast until 3pm only to find out my bloodwork could not be taken until the following day. I had no notice of this. They explained it was a phlebotomist with an emergency. Life happens. I returned the next day and my urine sample was missing so I had to do it again. I was stuck chugging water until I was able to pee.
