The doctor seemed to be very compassionate he listened to my situation. This was my first visit and it was a follow-up visit so he was a great listener and just seem to ask all the right questions. I'm definitely going back to see him. I'm hoping I can improve my rating.

The doctors office was almost an hour away from me and his office staff, like himself acted as if their skin would crack if they smiled. If that wanted bad enough, Dr Morris didn't actually address 1 thing I actually came in for and didn't really listen to what I was saying. He didn't even have a nurse.

They originally called me privately to schedule my appointment to a later time that day, Then They rescheduled the appointment on the day of the appointment to the following day. Then the worst of it happened, I caught on to them instantly when they tried to say I had a extensive deductible & I pulled up my insurance availability form and it clearly showed that I had a $0 deductible , it even shows it on the insurance card that I provided them. Either they were unable to own up to their complete incompetence & clear mistake of a misread or inability to understand benifits on their part or they knowingly know what they are doing and are only looking to capitalize on the vulnerable and confused. I then went into the doctors on both sides of them and asked them to run my card and tell me what my deductible was both offices confirmed that I was 100% correct and clearly showed a $0 dollar deductible, the form that i have on my benefits clearly shows $0 deductible so due to this situation.

I had a great experience overall. My Zocdoc appointment was treated as a walk-in, but there was virtually no wait at all for me despite the office having plenty of patrons. Everyone was very friendly and showed that my time was valued. The Doctor listened to my concerns and did not make me feel rushed. I am very happy to have found a great new office and Doctor.

Receptionist is very rude, loud and blunt. Dr didn't explain hardly anything. Not personable. I'm switching Dr's. I was very uncomfortable unfortunately.
