What is your typical process for working with clients?

In your first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming conversation focused on getting to know you. I’ll also make sure you have time to ask questions and share what you’re hoping to get out of treatment. By the end of the session, you should feel heard, have a better understanding of next steps, and leave with a plan that feels clear and manageable.
