“-Warm, kind and helpful receptionists. Refreshingly CLEAN, pleasant, welcoming and comfortable waiting area (w/ TV on NBC news channel) 2 Sunny benches in entry area just outside office.
Very little wait time (i was 10 min late due to difficulty finding parking) so technically saw Dr. w/in 20 min of appt.
Dr. Ali was kind, personable and thorough. And very patient and nice with my slightly rambunctious 7 y/o.
Highly recommend on every level.

Dr Dassan Ali is a wonderful doctor that is patient and cares about his clients. He makes sure to be able to have to opportunity to deliver the best for his client that is age appropriate and up to date technology wise. He finds things in your best interest and don't just hand you hearing aids that he doesn't feel is perfect for you. He takes his time as a doctor and does his research. When I saw him in January regarding getting new molds I learned he was going to a conference soon after to learn about new hearing aids. A few weeks later I met with him on replacing my 5 year old hearing aids I got from a different company and he taught me about a new hearing aid he learned about and got me the ones that best fit my needs and interest. I been profoundly hard of hearing since birth as it is genetic and never met a doctor who truly passionate about his work. I will recommend most my friends from college who live in NYC to this dr and highly recommend anyone looking for a new doctor to give Dr Dassan Ali a chance. I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Dr Dassan Ali is a wonderful audiologist who actually cares about their patient and try his best to give them the best technology that he know they would be highly satisfied with rather then do whatever benefits him. Everyone there in Dr. Ali office are awesome and very respectful . He takes care of any issues you have right away and fix it. He's very kind and patient . If you're having issues learning to adjust to your hearing aids, they always help you learn. He Never has a problem with me keep coming back for help. Also, I get seen fast, which is great! I'll definitely recommend anyone to Dr Ali!

Dr. Ali is very funny, personable, knowledgeable, and a great listener. I gave him some background info about something that happened to me 6 years ago (!) and he asked a lot of questions about it and really worked on figuring out the situation. I ended up at the Bay Ridge office, which is in the bottom of a brownstone and has a pleasant waiting room, a nice booth for hearing tests, etc. Great place, great doc, will go back.

Office staff were friendly and courteous. Test results were explained well and I was given a copy at the end of the visit. The doctor himself showed concern that everything was running smoothly and patients were taken care of in a timely manner. It was a calm and quiet atmosphere.

The process of working with Dr. Ali to obtain my hearing aids and to have them fitted was an enjoyable one. Dr. Ali was incredibly patient, kind, understanding and helpful. He made himself available to me for any questions or concerns I had, even at times without an appointment. Having suffered degenerative hearing loss over the last three years, it is evident to me that Dr. Ali's primary motivation is to deliver results for his patients well-being and satisfaction. I have had my confidence restored by being able to engage the world again because I can hear. I wouldn't have been able to do that without Dr. Ali.

Dr. Ali was professional and courteous. He was very mindful of my time constraints. He made adjustments above and beyond what was necessary to accommodate me. He informed me of my options based on his diagnosis and I found his bedside manner to be impeccable. His receptionists and staff were also top notch and extremely hospitable.
