Dr. DelSesto makes you feel like just another patient. There's little about the experience that makes you feel glad you saw him. He explains things clearly, gives you options, and is professional, but that's it. I don't have an actual doctor-patient relationship.

The minute I walked through the door the receptionist politely welcomed me whereupon I was ushered to the exam room with no wait time. Dr. Delsesto was very thorough, professional and had a wonderfully warm bedside manner. I felt Dr. DeSesto really cared when he took the extra time discussing my medical history. Honestly, I can't remember having such a pleasant experience with any doctors I've had in the past.

I've been to 4 different PCPs and this is my best experience. The office is efficient. The lab tech knew exactly where and how to draw (no bruising). No bruising, no fuss, no hassle. Minimal waiting. Good effort expended to make the patient comfortable.

Dr. DelSesto was friendly, warm and an excellent physician. I needed to see someone for an up-coming visit to the Caribbean to make sure I was up on my shots. He had a really good amount of knowledge around travel (his sub-specialty is infectious disease) and was very engaged as a provider overall. Actually, he was so great I only was planning on making this a one time visit for Caribbean travel, but I will likely re-book him for my annual physical. Strongly recommended!

This is the most attentive doctor I've ever been to. I was experiencing broad symptoms and after a slew of lab tests, he was able to pinpoint a single result as the cause from 4 pages worth of documentation. It made complete sense. I am thankful to have such a thoughtful doctor.

Dr. DelSesto is a great PCP. He is personable, friendly, and knowledgeable, yet has enough humility to ask questions and do research when he doesn't know something. All in all, just about everything you want in a PCP. Can't recommend him highly enough.
The office in Watertown has ample parking and generally runs on time or close to on time, even for appointments in the afternoon.

Friendly, seemed genuinely interested in me as a whole person, not just a patient. Generally addressed all my concerns and was thorough. Only dissatisfaction was that he said he would refer me to a dermatologist, but failed to give me a name.

Good first visit to establish my baselines as I am new to the area. Asked good questions, friendly. Really like it that the lab is right in their office so no extra stop in getting my blood drawn. Also is doing the paperwork to set me up with a dermatologist who specializes in what I need.
