About Dr. David Eric Wanderman

I enjoy caring for children of all ages and love watching them grow and develop into healthy adults. I bring diverse experience to my pediatric practice, having worked in nurseries, as a hospitalist, and as a critical care transport physician. I strive to understand each child in the context of the whole family and establish a collaborative relationship based on trust. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and completed both my internship and residency at the University of California, San Francisco. When not working, I enjoy vegetarian cooking, hiking, running, and spending time with my wife and two young children. I am also a board member of Global Strategies, a non-profit dedicated to improving health care for women and children in the most neglected areas of the world.
