My focus is on helping clients overcome the burden of mood & anxiety disorders.

Our mission at Life Balance Psychiatric Services is to transform mental healthcare delivery. We are committed to providing accessible, accurate, and holistic mental healthcare for everyone.
My goal is to combine psychopharmacological treatments with safe therapies and offer alternative options to support individuals in their wellness journey.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Initial visit involves evaluating health needs of a client and developing treatment plans. I evaluate and treat patients as well as prescribe medications. It may be necessary to order and interpret certain diagnostic tests prior or in the course of treatment. Subsequent visits typically involve assessment of treatment effectiveness, supportive psychotherapy and evaluation of the treatment goals.
As your provider, I will take every opportunity to listen to your personal story. At the end of each session, you will have a better understanding of the diagnosis and available treatment options. Together we can formulate a plan that works for you
