The appointment was a breeze. It was my first time in this office, but the whole process went smoothly. From the assessment to seeing the doctor, everyone was on time, respectful, nice, and made sure all questions were asked. They understood my concern about insurance/coverages and instructed me on what to do. The doctor is also amazing, he made sure to listen to everything I had to say and what we need to do to resolve my issues. Great experience.

Made appointment on short notice due to onset of painful hemorrhoids (yuck) and was seen quickly. I don’t typically rush to see doctors for these type of intimate issues but the pain was becoming unbearable. Dr Ousteky was super friendly and easygoing and made me feel comfortable and totally at ease through the visit. I scheduled a colonoscopy while I was at the office and would definitely continue to use Dr. Ousteky!

Overall a good doctor and office overall. I’ve been having stomach problems and was able to get an appointment asap. I need an endoscopy and it will be done within 2 weeks after my consultation! Definitely get there 15/30 minutes before your appointment if you are a new patient. You have to fill out a lot of paperwork!
