As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. With over a decade of nursing experience and a background in the Marine Corps infantry, including two deployments to Iraq, I bring a unique perspective to patient care, emphasizing resilience, trust, and a mission-oriented approach to treatment. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Coast University-Dallas and a Master of Science in Nursing in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from West Coast University - Texas. I take a collaborative approach to care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
I like to get to know my patients and build rapport and trust. Treating mental health is a process that requires time and investment. I listen to my clients' needs and collaborate with them to provide care that addresses and meets those needs. Although my primary role is in medication management, I like to spend time listening to and working with my patients, providing counseling and support beyond simply writing a prescription. I take a patient-centered approach, ensuring that treatment decisions are made together in a way that aligns with your goals, values, and lifestyle. I am here to work with you and your needs, helping you navigate challenges and achieve your goals.
