About Dr. David Russell

My philosophy of care is based on collaboration between the patient and provider. You are a unique individual with your own set of values and history through which you see your own health. Understanding this allows me to better treat your health concerns and, in turn, leads to better satisfaction. I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed both my internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Mercy Catholic Medical Center. I hold a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University. I enjoy golfing, traveling, and following Penn State and Philadelphia sports teams.
