Excellent service by Dr. Spinner as usual. Would 100% recommend. Only drawback was the office's usual 15-30 minute wait time, but worth it.

Waited over 1.5 hrs to see Dr. Spinner. Everything was fine after that though I am unclear how feedback from the x-rays will be communicated, he mentioned I can call the office to set up a time to talk on thephone. He used some hand-wavy idioms like "you're exposed to more radiation walking on to an airplane than taking 8+ x-rays of your spine" and "an MRI is just a picture, it doesn't really tell us that much."

Dr. Spinner is a personable man and is pretty conservative with his treatments. He definitely doesn't push any medications of injections and has a laid back approach to pain treatment.

A modern office and friendly staff welcomed me on my first visit to Dr. Spinner's office. All referrals and records were electronic, so there was no need to spend too much time on paperwork. From the recptionist to the Physician's Assistanteveryone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Spinner was also friendly and knowledgable, and immediately put me at ease by answering all of my questions and giving me hope that further testing could help us get to an accurate diagnosis and treatment of my issue. Thanks!

The info on Zocdoc doesn't transfer to their system so you'll need to sit and waste your time filling out paper work when you arrive (despite someone confirming over the phone that I would not have to fill out any other paperwork).

He was great. We will see how long it takes to get a follow-up with the recommended treatment. Oddly, I filled out paperwork on here, was told the office doesn't sync with ZocDoc. ZocDoc called me after I got a textfrom them and told me they SHOULD have the paperwork. The initial woman who created me and gave me pages to fill out, was ok. When I walked up to turn in the forms, some other woman said I had to give the forms to the woman who gave them to me - where ever she was! So, I waited and then asked her again... Finally, another woman took them. Just so so. But he seems great.

Spinner was inexperienced and didn't even take the time to perform a comprehensive exam. He prescribed "Tylenol/Advil" for back pain when i mentioned I wake up with it ... And asked me to go see a PT ... He was superficialand didn't seem interested in knowing the problem. Not going back.

Dr. Spinner is great. I've been working with him for over 10 months to deal with my back pain, and his course of treatment was completely appropriate. When the treatment didn't help as well as he hoped, he recommended a well-qualifiedsurgeon and made sure all of my paperwork was handled efficiently. Should I encounter any similar issues in the future I will return to Dr. Spinner without a doubt.

I was very pleased with Dr. Spinner and his attentiveness. He asked me many questions and listened to all of my concerns. He treated my condition conservatively, lower back pain. He did not think any tests were indicated at this time.Physical therapy and an antinflammatory were his recommendations. He suggested that I revisit him in about 6 weeks. He was friendly and did not rush me, answering all of my questions .
