Dr. David S. Ungar is a Board Certified Podiatrist and has been practicing podiatry for almost 40 years.
Dr. Ungar received his podiatry degree from Kent State University formally known as Ohio College of Podiatry Medicine. He is trained in and uses the latest technology, including surgical techniques, and he is on staff at a number of hospitals in Southeast Michigan, including Beaumont Hospital. Dr. Ungar is a compassionate physician who is deeply committed to providing his patients with quality medical care.

The staff is very friendly and professional allowing me to come in earlier than expected. Dr. Unger has the best bedside manner he was able to distract me with conversation while caring for my foot pain. He doesn’t try to sell you arch supports if you don’t need a replacement, I appreciated that!!

I had a great experience at Dr Ungar’s office. I was seen quickly, he and his staff are super helpful and nice, and I learned a lot about my injury. I was treated right away and given a prescription as I left the office. I also have a plan in place to heal and be seen again in a few weeks! I’d highly recommend Dr Ungar.

I was met by a friendly and professional staff. Dr. David Ungar was an absolute pleasure - knowledgeable, professional, honest, and personable. He instantaneously identified and communicated my condition/concern. Treatment options/recommendations were clearly explained with a no-pressure approach. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
