I was very happy with my appt. The wait was alil over 30 mins but when i got to the back the process was quicker. They did a xray on the spot to find out what was going on. Dr and pa assistant were friendly and great listeners. Will be back next month

I felt invisible. I was not listened to, he was rude and condescending. Didn’t let me finish my sentences, ignored my chief complaint, and told me everything was fine. I will never be going back to this doctor. His bedside manner is horrendous, you’re just $$$ to him, he doesn’t care.

I broke my fibula just above the ankle on a snowboarding trip in another state, luckily I was able to get an appointment with him quickly.
He listened to my symptoms / concerns and was very reassuring. The full team was very warm, friendly and efficient. Next steps and aftercare were very clear. Super pleased with the care I received.

Dr Zaret, The doctor, was thorough and checked my injury carefully. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and gave me explicit instructions on what needed to be done to alleviate the discomfort I was having. I Found him to be professional and I found his PA to be interested and compliment the team. I will be returning to their office soon for recheck.

My overall experience was good. The office was clean and well organized. The front desk staff were friendly. I did fill in additional paperwork. They took me early. The doctor listened to my issue and treated me with respect. He was direct and spoke in layman’s terms so I understood everything. He answered all of my questions. I needed X-rays and an MRI, which was done all in his office. I would highly recommend this practice and this doctor.

Please stay away from this doctor. He was so awful to the point of being abusive! He insisted that an area of my injured foot didn’t hurt (although it DID) and then SQUEEZED the area that he thought should hurt, exclaiming “NOW THAT HURTS.” Then he just stopped talking so I figured the appointment was over and I walked out. While I was down the hallway he said sarcastically screamed out “feel better.” It was sooo weird. The man is unhinged.
