Getting to know Dawn Addison
Are you struggling with the decision to consider psychiatric medication? Do you have questions and concerns you want to discuss with someone knowledgeable and patient? Are you looking for a provider who encourages patient involvement and enjoys sharing ideas? If you answered yes to these questions, then it's nice to meet you. My name is Dawn, and I am thrilled to be your new provider.
I have been supporting the behavioral health needs of people since 2016 through medication management. I hold a Master's in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. Recently, I added hypnotherapy to my practice, and I am incredibly excited to offer this to you. I understand that considering support for any of your health needs can feel overwhelming and frightening. Please know that I have experience helping individuals become the best version of themselves. I will do my best to make our interactions as comfortable as possible. Together, we will develop a plan and take things one step at a time.
I look forward to meeting you and am grateful for the opportunity to be part of your healing journey.
What should a new client know about working with you?
After a session my goal is for the client to feel recharged and renewed. My hope is that you will have a new perspective or point of view to carry with you as well as a plan or strategy to utilize until we meet again.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
