I am passionate about providing holistic care, addressing the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of my clients throughout the seasons of life. I am a dually certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 17 years of dedicated adult and geriatric experience. Working with adults struggling from depression, anxiety, stress, and dementia related concerns have been areas of focus throughout my years of practice. Your ability to thrive is of utmost priority and we will work together to help achieve this goal. My desire is to help restore hope and balance for my clients and their families.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price is $199 for the intake appointment and $150 for follow up appointments.
