What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. I believe in creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing their concerns without judgment. I work closely with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans that focus not only on symptom management, but also on improving overall quality of life and emotional well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide a collaborative and supportive environment where we work together to understand your concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan. During your initial evaluation, I conduct a comprehensive assessment of your symptoms, mental health history, medical history, and treatment goals to arrive at an accurate diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment. Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring progress, evaluating treatment effectiveness, and making adjustments as needed. In addition to medication management, I provide psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Motivational Interviewing to help you develop coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and achieve your goals.
