Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I was very Leary about a virtual new doc appt. Due to miscommunication/lack of clear communication from a different app that completely wasted my time. However, against my better judgment, I booked w this provider thru ZOCDOC and I’m SO GRATEFUL I DID!!! If I could give a thousand stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? I would!! Couldn’t have asked for a more professional, experienced, respectful, provider!! She listens to the patient wholeheartedly and I was also very impressed w the amount of time she spent with me on my appt. Unlike the other app/provider who didn’t even ask how I was feeling or anything. I am so happy as I don’t like change and finding a new provider was stressing me out (I had been driving 3 hours away just to see my longtime doc) and I’ve now found a new regular provider. I easily set a 2nd appt and now I’m having an issue ahead of my next appt and can easily book to see her tmrw morning!! Exceeds my expectations 100%!!!!
