My name is Dayina Turner. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a decade of experience in behavioral and mental health. I earned my Master's in Psychiatric Nursing from Regis College, and I hold both an Associate's and a Bachelor's degree from Excelsior University. I have developed an eclectic approach to address mental health barriers that hinder personal growth. I enjoy working with a diverse group of individuals who may feel marginalized, misunderstood, or overwhelmed by societal expectations. Together, we will develop a holistic plan to achieve your goals.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Thank you for your interest in booking a consultation with me.
When you book an initial appointment it will be for a consultation. Consultations take 15-30 minutes. The consultation is an opportunity to learn about one another and discuss if we are a good fit. If we decide to move forward we can schedule an intake at the earliest convenience to discuss, your history, and goals. Intakes takes 50 minutes. At the completion of the intake we will schedule your next visit.
Of Note: I do not accept Masshealth/medicaid at the moment. I also do not accept out-of-pocket prices. I do accept copayments.
